- This machine is well suited for producing thick and multi-laminate film such as poly bags with center sealing and side gusseting.
- When combined in operation with FSC-303 Series Three Step Bottom Sealing and Cutting Machine, it provides the same function as an in-line model center seal and gusset bag making machine.

- All of the swing axle driving system components is specially designed for a longer service life and easy maintenance.
- Three AC motors control system: main drive, feeding and pulling, upgrading the production speed.
- Horizontal unwind stand and 3" air shaft.
- Unwind side gusset device:
- Mold plate is unnecessary for producing gusset bag when the bag's width over 110mm.
- Adopts two different side gusseting methods:
- Unwind gusseting device and middle gusseting unit using depends on the material characteristics.
- Equipped with 1 set of center sealing embossing unit, 1 set of gusseting heater and gusseting cooler.
- Auto temperature controllers provide the most accurate and fastest heating performance.
- Equipped with rewinding buffer roller unit assures that the most stable winding tension even speed varied.
- Replaceable rewind shaft is suited for five-claw coreless or 3" paper core.
